The John Miller Program with Candy Churilla March 30

This week, we have Marga Gomez, Ronn Vigh, and a special guest.

Marga Gomez, San Francisco’s funniest Latina lesbian, currently hosts Marga’s Funny Tuesdays at Harvey’s in the Castro. She is the author/performer of seven solo plays including "Los Big Names" which ran Off-Broadway in 2006. Marga has won numerous honors including the GLAAD AWARD, Los Angeles "OVATION AWARD" and New York’s DRAMA DESK AWARD (nomination). Her film roles include computer expert and muffin maker Jane Edmunds in Warner Brother’s "Sphere," and Robin Williams once described her as “amazing…a Lesbian Lenny Bruce.

Ronn Vigh’s brash attitude and acerbic wit earned him comparisons to a young Joan Rivers SF Weekly--well, if Joan were male, gay, and didn’t shoot Botox by the pound. Ronn currently hosts the stand up comedy show “Unleashed” at the Deco Lounge in SF. He was featured on NBC's Last Comic Standing recently hosted Palm Springs Pride, headlined the Lake Tahoe Gay & Lesbian WinterFest, 10th Annual Michigan ComedyFest …the list goes on and on and on, much like when Ronn speaks.

As for our special guest, his name rhymes with Mavin Mewsome.
